Cultural & Art Offerings About Cultural & Art Offerings
rtistic expression is part of our culture, and culture defines who we are as a people. For over ten years the Museum of the Southern Jewish Experience has helped define southern Jewish culture through traveling and permanent exhibits.

The Institute of the Southern Jewish Life dramatically expands cultural programming in small towns and big cities throughout the region. Innovative multi-venue projects include annual Jewish film festivals, concerts highlighting cross-cultural music, literary programs, dance and theatre performances, and other activities that promote artistic interpretation of the Southern Jewish Experience. Through these dynamic offerings and expanding exhibit locations, the Institute and Museum strengthen their commitment to enhance Jewish life, celebrate diversity, educate the public, and promote multicultural dialogue and understanding.
