Dates: June 23 - 25, 2013 (Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday)

Cost: Optional $50 Registration Fee as an honorarium for the curriculum. Lodging and meals for the workshop are $395 per person based on double occupancy. (Single occupancy rooms are an additional $100.) (Saturday night stay is $100 per night per room.) Registration is due by May 15.

Location: Hilton Hotel, 1001 E. County Line Rd., Jackson, MS.

Child Care: Childcare will be provided for a fee per child on a first come, first served basis.

Dress: Casual.

Dietary Restrictions:	All meals are dairy/vegetarian.
If family members are accompanying conference participants, meals must be reserved and paid for prior to the conference. Breakfast: $23.00; Lunch: $28.00; Dinner: $36.00. Children’s meals (children 10 and under): $15.00 per meal.
