Costs
Prices shown, early bird and regular rate, include all meals AND lodging for Sunday through Tuesday.

Early bird rates:

• Double occupancy room rate [two participants: one room, two beds] is $390 per person.
• Single occupancy room [one participant] is $495.
• Additional night: Saturday night stay is $110 per room. 

Regular rates:

• Double occupancy room rate [two participants: one room, two beds] is $430 per person.
• Single occupancy room [one participant] is $535.
• Additional night: Saturday night stay is $110 per room. 

Early bird registration is due by April 15; regular registration is due by May 15.

An optional $50 donation is always appreciated!

Child Care: Child care will be provided for a per-child fee on a first come, first served basis. Let us know if you need child care, and how many children / ages of your children!

Dress: Casual. But bring a sweater - some rooms are very air conditioned!
