Our Education Partnership Pathways

The ISJL education program offers different partnership levels, ensuring that every community can receive the right fit of support:
Hineinu Y’all – Full-Service Partnership
Now entering its third year, Hineinu Y’all provides our most robust level of support. Communities in this cohort receive:

  • Direct, high-touch guidance from ISJL educators
  • Comprehensive curriculum support
  • Ongoing coaching for directors and teachers
  • Access to professional development, networking, and shared resources
  • Collaborative opportunities that bring new ideas and fresh energy into local programs

This full-service model ensures that no director, educator, or congregation has to navigate Jewish Education alone.

Associate Partnerships – Regional or National
For communities seeking a lighter, but still meaningful, level of connection, Associate Partnerships offer two options:
  • Associate Regional – Designed for schools within our Southern region who want targeted support and access to our core resources
  • Associate National – For communities outside the region who want curriculum and a training for their teachers

Both Associate options provide structure, guidance, and curriculum access while allowing communities to scale ISJL involvement to their own needs. While our mission remains Southern, access to our materials is now national.
