Welcome to the 2024 ISJL Conference!
Here's what you need to know!
TIMING: The conference begins at noon on Sunday, June 23, and ends at noon on Tuesday, June 25. REGISTRATION: Follow this link to register! COST: There is no registration fee! The only costs are for the hotel rooms and all conference/meals snacks, which vary based on single/double occupancy. The rates are all included in the registration form. SCHEDULE: Check out the graphic to the right for your complete at-a-glance ISJL 2024 Conference Schedule! You can also view descriptions of all sessions here. SPEAKERS: We have a truly incredible line-up of presenters this year. Check out the bios and photos of the folks who will lead you in education, entertainment, and everything else that will make your conference experience so special. HEALTH & SAFETY: The ISJL is committed to Safety, Respect, and Equity. This includes being intentional about our approach to health and safety. We ask that you please take a COVID rapid test before coming to the ISJL Conference - and if you're feeling ill, please stay home, rest up, and get well! If you arrive and start feeling ill, head to your room/notify Michele Schipper, who will provide you with a COVID test. Masks will be available and are welcome throughout the event. There will be one outdoor table under a tent for participants who prefer to dine outside. WAIT... IS THIS THE ISJL "EDUCATION" CONFERENCE? Yes and no! We're now calling this event the Southern & Jewish Conference, instead of the ISJL Education Conference, because while it is still a wonderful annual opportunity for our education partners to connect... it's become so much more than that! Jewish learning is still at the heart of this event, but all of the ISJL's other programming - cultural presenters, spiritual services, and general support of our region - is also front and center at the conference. Note: This is a draft schedule, and there may be minor changes reflected in the final schedule at the conference. There will also be some additional opportunities for networking through affinity-group breakfasts, lunches, and meetups.
