Thanks to generous support from the Zadeck family, we are proud to have launched the Zadeck TAP Mentors program in 2020. The Zadeck TAP Mentors program is named in honor of Donald and Frances Zadeck of Shreveport, Louisiana, who tirelessly gave back to their communities and encouraged their children and grandchildren to do the same. 

Through this program, Zadeck TAP Mentors connect with TAP mediators to discuss how conflict resolution skills translate to a variety of career options and help students plan for a successful future.
